· Exclusivity is assured for your choice of wedding car on the day of your wedding this is guaranteed, and ACES will only take one booking per car per day.
· ACES guarantee that they will not impose any time restrictions on the day of your wedding, you will not be charged on an hourly basis for hire of our vehicles.
· The car and date will be reserved for 7 days, by which time a non-refundable deposit of £25 (per hire vehicle) must be paid to confirm the booking.
· Any remaining balance of the hire charge is to be cleared no later than two weeks before the ceremony. If payment is not received by that date, the booking will automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
· In the event of cancellation which must be made in writing or email, any deposit will be forfeited, however, with unavoidable circumstances arising, all deposits paid may be refunded at the discretion of ACES Wedding Car & Chauffeur Services.
· If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses and any refunds will be limited to the money paid by the client.
· No refund will be given on full payments made by the hirer if cancellation is made after the two week period stated above.
· If seat belts are fitted, it is the passengers’ responsibility to wear them.
· All personal property will be the responsibility of the client and/or passengers, and ACES will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.
· No responsibility can be accepted for adverse weather conditions (i.e. snow, flooding, etc), civil unrest, or traffic congestion/road works etc. which may cause delay or cancellation of a booking by ACES Wedding Car & Chauffeur Services.
· The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided on the booking form is correct regarding dates, times, addresses etc.
· If there are any changes to venues other than those stated on the booking form, which incur extra mileage, we reserve the right to charge accordingly. This also applies to any amendments made after the deposit/booking has been confirmed.
· One of our vehicles is a convertible; we will not be responsible or liable for any adverse effects of wind/weather to those passengers traveling in the vehicle.
· The number of passengers carried at any one time must not exceed the manufacturer’s specified seating capacity.
· The hirer shall be fully responsible and liable for any damage caused both inside and outside the vehicle/s by the hirer or any member of his/her party, howsoever caused. This includes incitement to ANY third party, which results in damage to the vehicle or its contents. The Hirer will be liable for the total retail cost of the repair, and will be liable to pay any losses incurred i.e. by lost bookings while the vehicle is out of commission for repairs.
· We operate a Non Smoking policy, therefore Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles.
· In the unlikely event that your chosen car is not available on the day, for any reason, we will do our utmost to source an alternative vehicle (which may be a different type & colour from your initial booking), alternatively we will provide a refund limited to the money paid by the client.
· Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer has read and accepts the above terms and conditions. |
